Sincro Sitewatch Ltd is a Tanzanian company registered with the Contractors Registration Board [mechanical/electrical]. The business was established in 2008 to provide a range of power and energy-related support services to the region’s established industries.

Sincro operates a world-class Quality Management System based around our comprehensive and ever-evolving systems manual that adheres to Kaizen principles in all activities. We are ISO 9001:2015 / OSHAS 18001 certified and in readiness for migration to ISO 45001.

Sincro have acomprehensive range of competences and aim to deliver an outstanding quality of service that meets the highest international standards. We provide construction, and maintenance services to domestic and industrial users of grid power and stand-alone power generation equipment. Capacities include tower erection and installation of high tension power distribution lines, provision of power generation equipment and power supply.

Sincro Sitewatch Limited also provides specialist managed services at the critical data centre and switch sites for telecoms networks, government institutions, and banks.

The company employs more than 100 tertiary qualified staff including electrical, mechanical, electronics, telecoms, civil and computer engineers. Our recruitment policy incorporates strong links with leading academic institutions in Tanzania as part of our graduate training program to produce specialist electrical and mechanical field technicians and managers.

Sincro have depots located throughout our operational footprint in Tanzania and regional bases in Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda. We operate a modern fleet of fully equipped 4-wheel drive, crew vehicles as well as various heavy vehicles for bulk materials, generator, and fuel transit.
